Yet another seriously good white wine from Spain.

Made exclusively from Garnacha Blanca grapes sourced from vines that are 30-90 years old and grown on sandy, clay and limestone soil. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks and then is matured for 10 months in concrete with 20%  transferred to Austrian Foudres (large oak casks).

Despite such the small amount of oak used there is a superb toasty richness to this wine that marries beautifully with the variety of fruit flavours and intense concentration. But what really stands out is the lovely fresh acidity, not always a trait with this grape variety but hugely welcome as it gives the wine perfect balance.

A real find.
