One of Spain’s finest white wines from the legendary Rafael Palacios in magnum!

As Sortes is produced from parcels of vines aging between 35 and 90 years old at very high altitudes. The grapes are fermented in large French oak casks and then the wine is aged on lees for 8 months and the results are stunning. Although just a baby this wine should be snapped up and snuck away as in a few years it will be divine. The 2019 will age for up to 20 years

Wonderfully expressive on the nose with aromas of stone fruit, honeysuckle, pear and citrus. Superb texture and incredibly full on the palate with gorgeous ripeness and beautiful minerality. Wine of this quality would cost you a fortune from Burgundy.

Not yet certified, the winery is in the process of converting to organic.
