An organic, traditional fizz which offers fine bubbles and fruity flavours, from the largest holder of organic vineyards in Alsace.
Produced using the same traditional method as Champagne, the organically-grown grapes for this Crémant d’Alsace are strictly selected. Comprised of floral Pinot Blanc and spicy honeyed Auxerrois, the grapes are vinified together to create crispness and suppleness, while some Pinot Gris brings the body and weight. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with no filtration other than disgorgement, and the wine spends 24 months ageing on its lees before release.
This is a fresh, intense and well-balanced apéritif, which also makes a great selection for a wide range of seafood, poultry or cheese dishes, whatever the occasion.
