A fresh but complex white from the heart of the Enclave des Papes.
Domaine de la Decelle is located in Valréas where, due to its latitude and altitude, it is subject to unique climatic conditions that are conducive to the creation of structured, complex wines of incredible freshness. The wine is made from 50 year old vines with 100% destemmed grapes which are vinified at cool temperatures in stainless steel. It is then aged for 8 months in 85% stainless steel and 15% 450l barrels.
White fleshed orchard fruits and white flowers on the nose with a touch of exotic mango. Full-bodied, fruity and lightly peppery on the palate complemented by a lovely, long finish.
