A fresh, berry-scented sparkling Rosé from one of Verona’s most historic houses.

Capturing all the charm of the 2020 season, this sublime fizz is the inaugural Prosecco Rosé vintage from Millesimato, and makes for an idyllic, easy-drinking sip.

Produced predominantly from Glera grapes, with some Pinot Noir added to give colour, the vines are grown in chalky soils in a south-east facing vineyard. After harvesting in early September, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel before the wine then spends a few months on lees ahead of bottling.

Gentle aromas of berry and citrus give way to a palate that is lightly honeyed. Also present are red apple characters with a touch of redcurrant. Creamy bubbles and crisp acidity make this wine a treat to enjoy with or without food, but it would go exceptionally well with chicken, fish or summer salads.
