One of the best Kiwi Chardonnays around and a big favourite of  the Songbird.

Dog Point was founded in 2002 by two of the top team of Cloudy Bay, Ivan Sutherland and James Healy. They make some top notch Sauvignon Blanc but for me it’s the Chardonnay that really floats our boat.

A gorgeous toasted nose of hazelnut, ripe citrus and a slight savouriness. There’s wonderful concentration on the palate with rich but well integrated oak, lime and gentle minerality. The long and fresh nutty finish just confirms what a class act this wine is and why it is consistently heralded as one of New Zealand’s finest Chardonnays.
