Marsannay can be one of those rare beasts – great value Burgundy – if in the right hand, and with Domaine Joseph Roty, you are definitely in the right hands.

This Domaine was one of the earliest producers to see the potential of Marsannay and bought many of the best sites of old vines many years ago. This cuvée includes many lieu dit vineyards in the blend and, quite frankly, offers terrific value.

Already drinking nicely this offers aromas of sweet red cherry with hints of rose petal and red berries. Plenty of rustic charm but also a silkiness that makes it an absolute pleasure to drink. Just a few bottles remaining so any Burgundy lover should snap them up whilst they can.
