First up is a gorgeous Bandol that has the elegance and grace of a Federer backhand
Côtes du Rhône rosé doesn’t get the recognition it deserves and this elegant, plus truly gastronomic rosé, is made in the same way as the best rosés of Provence. It uses the ‘rosé de presse’ method and this very gentle pressing extracts as much aroma and flavour as possible with the least amount of tannins.
