Grapes are harvested in the second half of September, start fermentation into red wine through a long maceration on their skins.
After the malolactic fermentation the wine is poured in small barrels, capacity 500L, where it remains for about two years. It is then has a further year in bottle before release.

An intense ruby red with violet hints. On the nose it is complex with characteristics of red fruits, blackberry and notes of vanilla. Take a sip and be bowled over by its elegant fruity flavour, structured and balanced, lingering on the palate.

Excellent with red meat, game and matured cheeses.
