Big flavour, silky yet light palate and a lingering finish. Grapes are grown on the limestone and clay soils of Solutré and Vergisson. Fermented in barriques, this wine then spent 12 months in a mixture of new and older French oak.
Quite a rich Burgundian white that reveals finesse and balance throughout. Creamy and buttery with a lovely touch of oak that adds a slightly nutty character to this beautiful wine. Rich but restrained, there is a real elegance and a sense of quality that shines right through to the end.
A versatile white that will go beautifully with poultry or fish, salads or just as a refreshing glass on its own.
